We're looking for talented, passionate people to join our growing team in Dhaka.
Lead end-to-end visa and work permit applications for Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Advise clients on immigration pathways and manage a portfolio of 30+ active cases simultaneously.
Guide students through university admissions, IELTS preparation advice, student visa applications, and scholarship guidance for UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Finland, and other destinations.
Drive new client acquisitions for our visa, Hajj, Umrah, and air ticketing services. Build and manage client relationships, conduct consultations, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of Hajj and Umrah packages — including visa documentation, flight bookings, hotel arrangements, group management, and on-ground Saudi Arabia coordination.
Issue and manage domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo). Handle flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and group booking negotiations with airlines.
Manage ManGo Travels' social media presence, create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, run paid ad campaigns, and support SEO and website content updates.
An excellent opportunity for university students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in visa processing, client counselling, and travel operations — with mentorship from senior staff.
Handle incoming client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Provide information about our services, schedule consultations, and ensure a positive first impression for all new clients.
